These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of social-media management and automation services provided by Bhawna Advertisement Agency (“Bhawna”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including the Bhawna Social Reply Automation application (the “Service”).
By connecting an account to, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
The Service may provide workflow tools for authorized Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages, including:
- Receiving and monitoring comments on connected accounts’ own content
- Retrieving post context
- Generating context-aware reply drafts using artificial intelligence
- Publishing authorized replies
- Applying brand voice and approval rules
- Maintaining execution logs, audit records, and workflow status information
Features may change as Meta Platform policies, APIs, permissions, and service capabilities change.
2. Account Authorization
You represent and warrant that you own or are authorized to manage every Instagram account, Facebook Page, business portfolio, and other asset connected to the Service.
You authorize Bhawna Advertisement Agency to access and process connected account data only as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for keeping account permissions accurate and revoking access when no longer required.

- Ensuring that use of the Service complies with Meta policies, applicable law, contractual obligations, and industry requirements
- Monitoring the performance of automated workflows
4. Artificial Intelligence
The Service may use AI providers to create reply drafts or replies from post captions, comment text, and client-provided instructions.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or inappropriate. You remain responsible for replies published through your connected accounts, including any decision to enable automatic posting. We recommend using approval rules for sensitive or high-risk content.

We may suspend or restrict use where we reasonably believe these Terms, Meta policies, or applicable law may be violated.
6. Meta and Other Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third-party services, including Meta, Instagram, Facebook, n8n, cloud infrastructure, artificial-intelligence providers, and data-storage providers.
We do not control third-party platforms. Their availability, API behavior, permissions, pricing, rate limits, policies, account restrictions, and technical requirements may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services.
7. Security and Credentials
You must keep account credentials, access tokens, application secrets, and authorization links confidential. Do not share them publicly or with unauthorized persons.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to a connected account or the Service. We may revoke or rotate access credentials when necessary to protect the Service or connected accounts.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if:

You may stop using the Service and revoke Meta permissions at any time. Data-deletion requests can be made through: https://www.bhawnaadvertisementagency.com/data-deletion
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your business content, account data, brand instructions, and other materials you provide.
Bhawna Advertisement Agency retains ownership of its workflows, code, templates, documentation, systems, methods, and service materials, except where a separate written agreement states otherwise.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that automation replies will be accurate, suitable, uninterrupted, error-free, or accepted by Meta.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhawna Advertisement Agency is not liable for third-party outages, Meta API changes, account restrictions, platform removals, AI-generated-content errors, lost data, lost business opportunities, or losses resulting from client-approved automation settings or published content.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after an update means that you accept the updated Terms.
