This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information when an authorized business owner or administrator connects an Instagram professional account or Facebook Page to the Service.

1. Information We Process

When an authorized client connects an Instagram professional account or Facebook Page, we may process:

• Instagram professional account IDs, usernames, and public profile information
• Facebook Page IDs and related account information
• Media IDs, captions, permalinks, and timestamps for content owned by the connected account
• Comment IDs, public usernames, comment text, and timestamps for comments on the connected account’s own content
• Reply IDs, reply text, posting status, and error information
• Client-provided brand voice instructions, response rules, approval settings, and automation settings
• Authorization and access-token metadata required to operate the Meta integration
• Workflow audit logs, technical logs, and diagnostic information needed for security, troubleshooting, and service reliability

We do not request or collect Instagram or Facebook passwords through the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Connect and authenticate authorized Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages
• Receive, read, and process comments on content owned by the connected account
• Retrieve relevant post context, including captions, to produce context-aware replies
• Generate reply drafts or post replies when authorized by the connected account owner or administrator
• Prevent duplicate replies and detect workflow failures
• Maintain records of automation activity, including successful and failed actions
• Provide support, improve workflow reliability, and protect the Service from misuse

3. AI Processing

The Service may send comment text, post captions, and client-provided brand instructions to configured artificial-intelligence providers, such as Google Gemini or Groq, to generate context-aware reply text.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable in some situations. Clients are responsible for configuring appropriate rules, reviewing sensitive content, and deciding whether a reply should be automatically posted or sent for approval.

4. Authorization and Account Access

We process Meta Platform data only after an authorized account owner or administrator connects the relevant account and grants the permissions requested by the Service.

Clients must have the legal authority to connect each Instagram account, Facebook Page, and business asset. We process data only for accounts that the client owns or is authorized to manage.

5. Service Providers

We may use third-party providers to operate the Service, including Meta Platforms, n8n, cloud-hosting providers, database and logging providers, and artificial-intelligence providers such as Google Gemini or Groq.

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or support the Service, subject to their applicable terms and policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain account configuration data, connection metadata, workflow records, comment and reply logs, and technical logs only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information processed by the Service. These safeguards include encrypted connections, restricted access controls, credential handling practices, and operational monitoring.

No internet-based service or data-storage method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Revoking Access

A client may revoke the Service’s Meta permissions through Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Business settings. A client may also contact us to request removal of connected-account data.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and authorized administrators. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Service.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after an update means that the client accepts the updated policy.
