Data Deletion Instructions

Bhawna Advertisement Agency provides social-media automation services, including the Bhawna Social Reply Automation application. This page explains how an authorized account owner or administrator can revoke access and request deletion of data associated with a connected Instagram professional account or Facebook Page.

1. Revoke Meta Access

You may revoke the application’s access to your account at any time through your Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Business settings.

Depending on your Meta account configuration, open the relevant Apps and Websites, Business Integrations, or connected-app settings and remove the Bhawna Advertisement Agency application.

Revoking Meta permissions prevents future API access. It may not automatically remove information already stored in workflow logs or account records.

2. Submit a Deletion Request

To request deletion of information stored by Bhawna Advertisement Agency, email:

Use this subject line:

Include the following information:

• Your full name
• Your business name
• Instagram username
• Facebook Page name, if applicable
• Email address associated with the Meta authorization or connected account
• A description of the data you want deleted

Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets, or other credentials by email.

3. Verification

To protect account data, we may request reasonable information to verify that the request comes from the account owner or an authorized administrator.

If we cannot verify the requester, we may be unable to complete the deletion request.

4. Data Covered by a Deletion Request

After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible data associated with the relevant account, where reasonably possible. This may include:

• Instagram account identifiers and usernames
• Facebook Page identifiers and connection metadata
• Stored access-token records and related authorization metadata
• Client brand prompts, response rules, and automation settings
• Stored comments, reply records, post-context records, and workflow audit logs
• Technical records linked to the requested connected account

5. Processing Time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days.

A longer period may be necessary where retention is required for legal compliance, security investigations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup-system rotation.

After processing an eligible request, we will send a confirmation to the contact email used for the request or another verified contact method.
